Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may ask for a refund, store credit, or an change. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns requests must be emailed to support@thepennyinvestor.com within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returning product requests must have attached a detailed description of the fault, and if possible, screenshots. 
Return reasons will be determined applicable by the staff at The Penny Investor PTY LTD.

RETURN PROCESS

To refund a product, please email customer service at support@thepennyinvestor.com to request a refund, please include the following;

Reason For Return
Purchase Date


REFUNDS

After receiving your request and inspecting the situation, we will process your return or exchange if deemed acceptable reasoning. Please allow at least seven (7) days from contact to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
